Guidelines for Presenters
- The presentation delivery duration will be 6 minutes and the Q&A session will be 4 minutes.
- We regret to notify you that your recorded presentations that last more than 6 minutes will be rejected. Therefore, please be considerate of your time.
- Your voice must be clearly heard.
- The presentation slides must be clearly visible.
- Record your presentation in a quiet location.
- Speak loud and clear.
- The symposium will be a live event. Yet, you are requested to do a video recording of the delivery of your presentation and send us before 9.00 am on the 26th of February, 2022 (GMT +5.30). Even so, your presence at the online session is mandatory in order to obtain your conference certificate. The presenter/s must participate in the online Q&A sessions that will be followed.
- For video recording, you can either record in a zoom meeting or record using MS office PowerPoint presentations.
- The presentation template will be uploaded soon and you are requested to follow the template.
