The Examinations division is a key administrative division of the university which deals with matters that have a direct bearing on students' registration, final results and convocation. It is located on the first floor of the Administration building of the University. The division is headed by a Deputy Registrar, directly reporting to the Registrar of the University. Other staff includes 07 Computer Applications Assistants, 01 Office Machine Operator and 01 Works aid.

The objective of the division is to provide efficient administrative services to the students, staff and other outsiders through the following duties/activities accurately, lawfully, transparently, productively with confidentiality to meet the Vision and the Mission of the University.
