Students must register for the Diploma in Software Engineering in Gampaha Wickramarachchi University and all the course structure, syllabus, exams, markings and evaluations are done by the Gampaha Wickramarachchi University. |

Students (optionally) can attend any institute to do their studies. |
At the successful completion of year, students are awarded "Diploma in Software Engineering " Certification by the Gampaha Wickramarachchi University. |

Entry Requirements
Passed the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) or an equivalent qualification in any stream
OR
Passed a foundation course equivalent to SLQF level 2 in after a minimum of 12 years of schooling
OR
Passed a course equivalent to NVQF level 4 or accredited work experience or accredited prior learning followed by a cognitive bridging program
OR
Any other qualification not listed above, but may be considered for the acceptance of the Board of Faculty Board of Indigenous Health Sciences and Technology
AND
Passed ‘Mathematics’ and ‘English’ in G.C.E (Ordinary Level) with minimum ‘S’ grade
