Workshop on International Classification of Diseases – Traditional Medicine Module 2

The workshop titled "WHO International Standard Terminologies on Ayurveda" was jointly organized by the Faculty of Indigenous Medicine and the Department of Ayurveda on January 25, 2025, in the Mini Auditorium for the academic members of the Faculty of Indigenous Medicine. The Ayurveda Commissioner General and other resource persons conducted the workshop to facilitate the implementation of the WHO International Classification of Diseases – Traditional Medicine among academic staff members as an initiative to raise awareness among Ayurveda medical students in the future.

This workshop was coordinated by Dr. Nirasha Gunaratna, Head of the Department of Dravyaguna Vignana, on behalf of the faculty. The academic members of the Department of Dravyaguna Vignana provided support in organizing the event.
