The total length of the abstract is limited to one page (Maximum 350 words), excluding authors, affiliations, and subheadings. Abstracts should be submitted electronically via the registration website. The submitted abstract should be a Microsoft Office Word file (*.doc, *.docx).

The deadline for revised abstract submission is Thursday 15th February 2024 at 8.00 p.m.


General recommendations for the format of the abstract

The abstract should be a maximum of one page for all poster contributions.

  • Margins: Top and Bottom: 2 cm; Left 2.5 cm and Right:1.5 cm. Gutter: 1 cm.
  • Paragraphs: 1.15 spacing.
  • Sub-topics: Calibri.12 pt., Bold
  • Content: Calibri. 11 pt.
  • Keywords: Calibri. 12 pt., Bold
