You are invited to submit your paper according to the guidelines given below.

Abstracts should be submitted via the Microsoft's Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) here.
In order to submit your abstract for the conference, it is mandatory to register in CMT using the website link. If you already have an account, please log into CMT using your login credentials.
