The Department of Management Studies of the Faculty of Indigenous Social Sciences and Management Studies is dedicated to producing innovative and highly motivated graduates with outreaching skills and competencies to march towards national development by means of value addition to the national resources base.

The Department offers a Bachelor of Science Honours in Service Management, which is a four-year honours degree program with a specialization in the field of service management. The program is designed as per the guidelines stipulated in the Sri Lanka Qualification Framework and placed at the SLQF level six. This program is designed to produce an academically and professionally capable, locally and globally competent service management graduate with diverse graduate attributes.
