The "Workshop on 108 Yoga Asana" organized by the Department of Indigenous Health Sciences of Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine with the collaboration of the Indian Cultural Center Colombo and Shiva Vishnu Yoga Peetham was held successfully on 24th of May 2023. Students have actively engaged in performing 108 yoga asanas which provided them an immense opportunity to gain and improve their knowledge and skills on yoga asanas. Gratitude goes to all resource persons who provided their valuable time to make this event successful and Special applause goes to Yoga Ashariya A. Rajkumar the internationally registered yoga teacher for conducting this workshop with the collaboration of several resource persons.
